Why is the quick switch on my camera not switching between 960 and HD mode?

Be sure NOT to press down on the switch. Pressing down on the switch will access the on screen display (OSD). The cameras cannot switch between modes while the OSD is on. When switching between modes, just toggle left (HD) or right (960) for about 10 – 15 seconds and the camera will flash entering the selected mode.

Why is the HDMI connection showing “Unsupported resolution “, “Display not supported”, etc. (Results may vary depending on monitor or T.V manufacture)?

The SVR9000ATHD and SVR9000ATHD/C series DVR models are 1080P HD units and therefore, should be used with a 1080P monitor. This does not mean the products that are not 1080p cannot be used. The output resolution must be lowered to the display devices resolution. To do this first enter the DVR menu and under PARAMETER->DISPLAY->OUTPUT change the VGA/HDMI RESOLUTION to match the input of the display being used.
