Description
The BV-HCAM1 is an all-in-one industrial smart helmet camera system designed to
deliver real-time situational awareness, hands-free field communication, and personnel
deliver real-time situational awareness, hands-free field communication, and personnel
safety management in demanding industrial environments. Built around a high-
performance Octa-Core 2.0 GHz processor running on Android 12.0, the system
integrates high-definition video capture, multi-network cellular connectivity, auxiliary
LED lighting, precise GPS positioning, and smart telemetry into a single integrated
wearable unit. It is an IP66, 2m drop-resistant smart helmet camera certified to
ANSI/ISEA Z89.1 (Type II, Class E). It features 4G/Wi-Fi streaming, 1080p video, 64MP
photo capture, 3W LED light, PTT intercom, and SOS alarms for industrial safety.
